My belief is that everyone deserves to be nurtured, guided toward healthy solutions, and encouraged to love oneself.
Through this philosophy it is my desire to promote this truth that healing begins with oneself. This is a journey that each and every individual on the road to healing must take in order to embrace our Divinity.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Chiropractic Assistant. I studied many modalities while attending the Arizona School of Integrative Studies ( www.asismassage.com ).
My education was primarily focused on Swedish, Connective Tissue, and Shiatsu. I also studied Polarity, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Reflexology. I was introduced to Infant Massage, Massage for the Elderly, Cranio-Sacral, Tai Massage and Chakra Balancing.
My coursework leading to my certification as a Chiropractic Assistant was taught under the direction of Dr. Peter Nye in Sedona, Arizona. Dr. Nye’s holistic approach blended with his chiropractic principles taught me the importance of balancing both western and eastern philosophies. Physiotherapy, as well as acupuncture were just some of the coursework studied in receiving my certification.
The most important teaching I received from Joe and Jamie Rongo, founders of ASIS was the education of integrative massage. This is the idea that one should have the space and freedom to explore the depths of their work and bring that unique energy to the surface.
This is the process that brought Healing Goddess Massage to fruition. Healing Goddess Massage is a blend of modalities stemming from my education and coming into form through intuitive touch. I use subtle body energy work with the art of massage to enhance each client’s state of relaxation.
I am so happy and grateful that I am able to provide an experience of massage that facilitates the connection between mind and body. It is always my intention to ask for the highest form of healing before each session. In other words, whatever is needed at this time to facilitate healing in the body and mind is asked to be addressed.
Every massage is considered sacred and held in the intention of honor and respect. In choosing the title “Healing Goddess Massage” my intention is to bring forth the highest and holiest form of healing which I believe is simply, LOVE.
In doing so, the Goddess within all of us is called upon to be healed. It is that nurturing, caring, loving part of self that brings about a sense of wholeness. We are all Divine beings who deserve to be in touch with that which is sacred.

In 1876 the pioneers of Sedona created the first industry by growing apples and peaches. As we step into the physical world with our emotional & spiritual selves, we are received with great love. This is the Universal Love that embraces our every desire and intention for greatness. Bear Mountain, Capital Butte, Coffee Pot Rock, Cockscomb, Snoopy Rock, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte become a soulful reminder that the beauty we see from the outside world is only a reflection of what is going on within.
As we resonate with the beauty that surrounds Sedona, we also resonate with our own Divinity. It is in this higher vibration that we are called to be of service to ourselves as well as to others.

The connected journey of our lives has lead to a freedom of spirit. The brilliant landscape of the red rocks, formed from earth thrusts, erosion forces, and sea changes has left us with a unique and exquisite panorama. Wherever you are today, feel the appreciation of everything around you.
